These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ReelMatch mobile application, website located at reelmatch.live, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by ReelMatch ("we," "us," or "our").

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with or without notice.
You retain ownership of the reviews, ratings, and other content you post on ReelMatch ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and improving the Service.
You agree not to post User Content that:
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these standards and to suspend or terminate accounts responsible for such violations.
By providing your phone number and requesting SMS verification, you consent to receive text messages from ReelMatch for account verification and security purposes. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or by updating your settings in the app.
We use Twilio to deliver SMS messages. Your phone number will be shared with Twilio solely for the purpose of message delivery.
ReelMatch uses movie data from The Movie Database (TMDB) and streaming availability from JustWatch. Movie metadata, posters, and related content are provided under license from these services and remain the property of their respective owners.
Streaming availability information is provided for informational purposes and may not always be accurate or up to date. We make no guarantees about the availability of any film on any streaming platform.
When you import ratings from Letterboxd, IMDb, Trakt, or other supported services, you represent that you have the right to import and use that data within ReelMatch. Imported ratings are stored in your ReelMatch account and subject to these Terms.
The ReelMatch name, logo, application design, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of ReelMatch and may not be used without our express written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Movie recommendations are generated algorithmically and we make no guarantees about their accuracy or suitability for any particular user.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REELMATCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReelMatch from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
